Project Management services include the standard Project Management Institute (PMI) recommended phases of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. We are now supporting GSA's project to transition agencies from Networx, WITS and Local Services to Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS). Recently, we supported GSA's project to acquire Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) and Palisades' @Risk to simulate schedule and cost risk. For control, we developed a system to provide an accounting and outlook for over 25 projects utilizing Microsoft's Power Business Intelligence (BI) platform.
Business Operations includes managing inventory, validating and verifying billing, and supporting the resolution of billing disputes. Resolution of billing disputes includes developing an SQL-based platform for task assignments, workflow management, and analytics. For Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions we have developed government-wide inventories for Networx, WITS and Local Services.
Acquisition Services includes supporting the development of Acquisition Plans, Business Cases and Budgets, Solicitations, Technical Evaluation Plans and Price Evaluation Plans, and supporting the technical and cost evaluation processes and documenting results. We have provided acquisition services for IT and telecommunications. We are currently supporting agencies' for their acquisitions by fair opportunity of Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS)
Contract Management includes support for acquiistion planning, solicitation development and evaluation, contract negotiations, contract modification, and contract performance management. We utilize a "systems engineering" approach to acquisition support to assure requirements management and traceability, modeling of requirements to provide full context, and evaluation criteria self-consistency.
Quality Management includes Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance evaluation, assuring compliance with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and vendor quality performance frameworks such as ISO20000 (i.e., Information Technology Infrastructure Library v.3) and utilization of Six Sigma tools to resolve performance problems.
Systems Engineeging includes assuring vendors' conformance with Systems Engineering standards such as ISO15288, and Agencies' implementation of systems engineering functions from requirements management through architecture establishment in accordance with the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) or The Open Group Enterprise Architecture Framework (TOGAF) to service validation and verification, and to user acceptance.
